Carltas Company is a privately owned real estate investment company. Our principal activities are focused in the Southern California counties of San Diego, Riverside and Orange. The Company is based in Carlsbad, California.
Our investment objectives are directed at long-term portfolio ownership of leased commercial and residential properties.

Mr. Bornemann is Chief Financial Officer of Carltas Company and its related entities and Chief Operating Officer at CB Ranch Enterprises. He joined Carltas Company in 1997, helping the company transition from a planning and entitlement concern to a company focused on commercial and real estate development opportunities.
